About Jesmonite 

❝ All raw material Jesmonite comes directly from the UK ❞

❝ Everything is made to order or done in small quantities by hand to reduce waste, so slight variations in colours and patterns may occur within the same product listing. We do try our best to keep everything as closely as possible but it really emphasize the handmade and unique nature of the product. ❞

❝ Due to the nature of the material and making process, there may be some air bubbles on the surface of our products, but we try our best to limit these as much as possible. It is normal for air bubbles to appear on the bottom of your piece, and from time to time, there could be small air bubbles on the front face as well. Please allow for minor irregularities and imperfections as each piece is handmade with L O V E. With all products being handmade this isn’t always guaranteed. ❞

❝ We would love to work with you to create the perfect piece for your home to suit your needs, budget and style. Feel free to email or drop us a message to discuss your requirements for any customisation, we would love to provide an unique product based on your favour. ❞

❝ To keep high quality, each piece is handmade to order, so please allow up to 1 week for the item to leave our studio.  ❞

❝ We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. To find out if a change or cancellation is possible, please contact us at hello@soullabstudio.co ❞

❝ We accept Visa, MasterCard, AE, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayMe and Bank transfer.❞

❝ We currently offer promo code when you subscribe to our newsletter. The code can only be used on your first order. 
Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or already marked down merchandise. ❞

About Shipping & Returns 

❝ We try to ship your product within 3 days if it’s in stock. For customisation and make-to-order item, please allow up to 1 week for the item to leave our studio. Please note that all orders might take longer than expected at the moment due to the pandemic . Highly appreciate your understanding and support on Soul Lab Studio. ❞

❝ We currently ship to Hong Kong Local areas, but plan to expand our reach globally with more countries being added.  ❞

❝ Once your order is ready, we will package your whole order and send you a shipment email with tracking information. ❞

❝ Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final and we are unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@soullabstudio.co ❞
